ImmerOps — the command console for modern VAR teams. Sales operations software, engineered for velocity. We're putting the finishing touches on the platform.
VARs don't need another accounting tool. They need one system that holds the entire deal — from the first quote line to the last asset on a customer's rack.
Quote in Excel. PO in email. Tracking in a spreadsheet. Warranty info on a shared drive. Customer asking where their gear is. You copy-paste the same data five times before it ships.
By the time you've built the quote, converted the approval to a sales order, generated the invoice, and tracked payment, the deal feels older than it is. Ops spends hours on what should be minutes.
Your customers keep asking for order status, warranty dates, and their asset list — because they have nowhere else to look. You answer the same email for the fifth time this month.
Six modules, one system. Every quote, order, invoice, and asset ties back to the same customer record.
Section-based quotes (Hardware, Software, Services) with auto-calculated subtotals, configurable tax and shipping, and a clean PDF output that looks like it came from a design team.
When a quote is approved, convert it to a sales order with one button. When it ships, generate an invoice — tracked PO numbers, payment status, partial payments, credits, all in the same record.
Tracking numbers, warranty periods, order status from Ordered to Delivered — all tied to the customer and searchable in seconds. When a customer asks "where's my stuff?" you answer in one click.
A secure self-service portal where your customers log in and see their own quotes, invoices, orders, and assets. Works on desktop and phones. They stop emailing you for status updates — and you stop answering.
Every serial number, every warranty expiration, every location. When a warranty is 90 days out, you know. When a customer asks what they bought in 2023, you have the answer.
We're building ImmerOps alongside our founding customers. Here's what's on the near-term roadmap.
Not trying to be everything for everyone. ImmerOps is built for a specific kind of business — and we're upfront about who it isn't for.
Join early and you get 50% off your first year, direct input on the roadmap, and a dedicated Slack channel with the team. We're building this with you, not at you.
Private beta opens in Q3 2026 for waitlist members. Public launch follows after the beta cohort has put it through real-world use.
We're finalizing pricing now, but expect tiers starting around $49/month for smaller shops and scaling based on seats and quote volume. Annual plans will come with a discount (roughly two months free).
Waitlist members get 50% off their first year — capped at the first 50 signups, so joining early matters.
Yes. CSV import for customers and assets is planned for launch. For quotes and invoices, we'll provide import tooling during onboarding — send us a sample of your current data and we'll work with you to migrate it cleanly.
Yes. ImmerOps runs on Supabase (SOC 2 Type 2 compliant infrastructure), with row-level security on every table, encrypted data at rest, and TLS for everything in transit. Each customer's data is scoped so there's no cross-tenant access.
For enterprise customers, SAML-based SSO is on the near-term roadmap.
No. The customer portal is included in your subscription — your customers log in for free with email and a one-time code. No per-customer fees, no seat counts on the customer side.
Those are accounting platforms. ImmerOps is a VAR workflow platform that talks to your accounting system. QuickBooks will track the money; ImmerOps tracks the deal, the gear, the warranties, and gives your customers a place to see their own history.
Most of our users keep their existing accounting tool and use ImmerOps alongside it. QuickBooks and Xero sync is on the roadmap.
On the roadmap. Ingram Micro, TD Synnex, and Arrow catalog integrations are planned. If there's a specific distributor integration you'd want, let us know on the waitlist — early feedback shapes what we build first.
Yes, starting when private beta opens in Q3 2026. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out to schedule a live walkthrough when we're ready. Waitlist members are first in line.
